Our office requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for appointments. Please be respectful as no-show appointments prohibit us from seeing our members in a timely manner. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events occur but please inform our office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. 

We do not take walk-in appointments, however we will attempt to see patients same-day for urgent medical matters.

Prescription medication requests left after 3pm on Monday-Wednesday and after 1pm on Thursday-Friday will be addressed the next business day.
