We do not take Health Insurance: 

Landmark MD works directly with its members.  We do NOT contract with any health insurance plans.  We are an independent, alternative provider of primary care services, but not a substitute for traditional health insurance coverage.

We encourage, but do not require, members to carry some sort of health insurance policy in case of health events such as surgery, hospitalization and visits to specialists.  The health insurance marketplace has multiple options for insurance, and we can put you in contact with someone that can help you navigate the plans.
